Shipping & Returns policy

We ship to most countries of Europe. Depending on the country, we use different shipping methods and services.

For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact us.

Orders are shipped in accordance with Incoterms 2020 - DAP.

The recipient has to pay and take care of import taxes and custom clearance if applied, at the country of destination.

The order is processed within 7 days of receipt of payment.

The shipping times, deppend on destination country and shipping method.

The available shipping method and fee will be displayed upon entering the destination address during checkout.

Normally, delivery takes between 5 and 10 day for most european countries.

We do net accept returns. All purchases are final.
