Terms and Conditions of the NGO M.S.T.O.

§1 Applicability to consumers and definitions

(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders via our online shop https://www.templarorder-msto.com .

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods

2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button

3) Checking the information in the shopping cart

4) Pressing the "Checkout" button

5) Logging into the online shop after registering and entering the registration details (email address and password).

6) Re-checking or correcting the respective data entered.

7) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the button "order for a fee" or "buy"

Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "back" button in the Internet browser he is using after checking his details and correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The offer is accepted in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within three weeks. If the deadline expires without result, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our Internet shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can also view the general terms and conditions at any time at http://www.templarorder-msto.com. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> Shop Customer Profile.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices stated are exclusive of statutory sales tax and other price components. This is a private sale without sales tax or VAT.

Any shipping costs apply.

(2) The customer has the option of paying via PayPal.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch within 5 days. The delivery period begins on the day after receipt of payment. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold only passes to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of mail order sales.

§5 Retention of title

We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, exclusive delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
